We’ve set out where we aspire to be through our Vision, and defined what we do, what we want to achieve and how we’ll do it in our Mission.
Just like most organisations, The Healthcare Collection has stated values that embody our core principles and ethics. They’re a statement of our purpose – but we know that there can be a disconnect between having values, and living them.
We aim to lead in managed services for the healthcare industry internationally, improving our clients’ performance and driving up standards. We will achieve this by choosing kindness for our people, clients and partners, while utilising the most advanced technologies and working with sector pioneers, innovators and opinion leaders to be the global hub for healthcare managed services and choice.

A business which believes in kindness at every stage of its operations, The Healthcare Collection is committed to making a tangible difference in the communities we serve.
Our nominated charity for 2023 is the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation. This amazing organisation supports Motor Neuron Disease (MND) sufferers and provides funds for MND research.
It raises awareness of this incurable and life-shortening condition, which progresses rapidly and affects the motor neurons of the nervous system so that messages sent from the brain to the muscles no longer work. The Foundation was set up by one of Rugby Union’s most recognisable personalities, Scotland’s Doddie Weir OBE, after he was diagnosed with the disease in 2016.
As a business based in Scotland, we were surprised and saddened to learn that the number of people in the country who are being diagnosed with MND is increasing, with the incidence of MND being higher in Scotland than in other European countries.

Our Shared Service Centre is based in central Glasgow and we’ve supported local causes there too, including donating meal vouchers to the homeless during the harsh weather period in Winter 2022/2023.
And we believe it’s important to forge positive relationships with good causes that go beyond monetary donations. The Healthcare Collection is focused on offering practical help and nurturing a culture of compassion, working alongside our clients to provide additional support to the charities they champion.

The Healthcare Collection is committed to sustainability, and we continually seek to accelerate our progress towards a decarbonised future.
Additionally, we support our clients in their own drive to become carbon neutral. As part of the range of managed services we provide, we enjoy helping to deliver notable environmental and cost benefits to clients through the work we carry out on their behalf.
The Healthcare Collection focuses on continuous improvement on its own journey towards carbon neutrality, and we are on target to reach this goal in 2025.
