Craig is the conduit between our client accounts and our service delivery teams, managing performance and ensuring that excellence in service standards is maintained.

During his career, he has managed a range of business to business accounts in the healthcare sector including those specialising in ophthalmology, cosmetic and bariatric surgery, gynaecology, urology, orthopaedics, dentistry and general surgery. His diverse client base has included national healthcare providers, healthcare consortia, NHS trusts, single site hospitals and multi-site hospital operations and independent providers.

At The Healthcare Collection, Craig heads up the account management team with overall responsibility for ensuring that Service Level Agreement terms are met.

Leveraging his extensive ‘big business buying power’ experience, Craig also delivers procurement cost saving services, ensuring optimum terms are achieved to increase margins and contribute to business growth and success.

His team is in continuous contact with patients to provide exemplary first-line support before and after their surgery, also acting as chaperones where required.
