Private hospital specialising in cosmetic surgery case study

Located in North West England, this facility’s owners engaged The Healthcare Collection to find a buyer for the hospital and their existing business because of the company's many strong connections within the healthcare industry and beyond.

Activity undertaken initially focused on implementing initiatives to improve business performance to ensure a more attractive proposition was showcased to buyers and the best sale price achieved. This included optimising theatre capacity utilisation, identifying additional revenue streams such as introducing new specialisms, and increasing patient numbers through improving the B2C and B2B areas of the business.

Meanwhile, potential buyers were identified within The Healthcare Collection’s network before meetings with interested parties were conducted to discuss the potential sale. The sales process then progressed seamlessly to conclusion.
