Service Level Agreement

We conclude with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) detailing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on which you’ll measure us, to keep our relationship focused on the goals and objectives we’ve set out.

Implementation

The implementation plan is agreed, and then executed.

Ongoing review

Ongoing gate review calls and meetings take place, as set out in the SLA.

Management reporting cycle

A regular management reporting cycle is implemented.
